Bankruptcy Scholar Certificate Requirements
You must EARN the Bankruptcy Scholar certificate from National Bankruptcy Academy. Nothing great was ever given away! Do you have what it takes to be a Bankruptcy Scholar? National Bankruptcy Academy offers the Bankruptcy Scholar certificate only to those select attorneys who can demonstrate a superior understanding of bankruptcy law, a resolve to enhancing the professional community, and a commitment to providing exemplary client service.
Bankruptcy Scholar Requirements-
A Bankruptcy Scholar candidate must satisfy the following requirements:
1. Pass a 250-question online exam that tests your knowledge of consumer bankruptcy law. Candidates are permitted to review their notes, internet, National Bankruptcy Academy course materials, and Attorney Robert Schaller’s 342-page book titled “A Lawyer’s Guide to Filing Chapter 7 Bankruptcy: Learning the Nuts and Bolts of Filing Your First Case.”
2. Correctly answer at least 80% of the 250 exam questions – consisting of multiple-choice questions and true/false questions. The exam provides objective standards to evaluate those attorneys who have the skill and ability to be deemed an expert.
